The Tantalus Round Top Drive Corridor is a treasured historic roadway offering panoramic views of Honolulu and Waikiki, access to trails, and valuable transportation linkages.

To protect this resource, the Department of Land and Natural Resources' Division of Forestry and Wildlife (DLNR-DOFAW) has partnered with the local planning firm PSI to prepare a Tantalus-Round Top Drive Corridor Management Plan

The plan will serve as a tool to preserve the scenic, historic, and natural features of this unique area while promoting safety, public use, and mobility.

We value community collaboration, input, and review. We want you to share concerns, stay up to date with the Plan's progress, and submit your comments about the draft plan.

Goals

01.

Preserve the scenic, historic, and natural features of the Tantalus-Round Top Corridor area.

02.

Promote safety, public use, and mobility along the corridor.

03.

Identify the immediate and long-term needs within the corridor and create a plan for their management.

04.

Create meaningful opportunities for public involvement, collaboration and review.
